Self Care Sunday Tips

It’s the time of the week where most of us like to relax and prepare for the week ahead. At the end of a long week it’s a good idea to make the most of your Sunday. (But these tips can be applied any day of the week.)

⭐ Turn off your phone for at least an hour.

⭐ Drink water regularly throughout the day

⭐ Use some time in the day to get things ready for the week ahead. Prepare your lunch, etc

⭐ Do something that relaxes you. Reading, yoga, drawing etc

⭐ Do nothing. Practice some meditation/breathing/mindfulness techniques.

⭐ Take some time to reflect on the positives of the past week.

⭐ Make a To Do List. This is so you can keep track of what needs doing and reduce anxiety by planning ahead.

⭐ Take your meds!

Always remember your health comes first. A Badass takes care of themselves.
It’s easy to take our health for granted and it’s only when we feel the effects of stress, long hours, depression that we take action.
Follow these tips regularly to help stay on top of the basics.
